Age Limit:18 - 64 years
Duration: Minimum - 1 month
Contribution Frequency: Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly & Single.
Waiting period (Period that must elapse before a claim can be made except in accidental cases): 1 months
Account Statement: Can be viewed on the Self-Service portal & Mobile app only.

Document Requirements

Valid means of ID - Driver license, Voter's card, NIMC, National ID, International Passport.
Proof of Residence - Utility Bill, Front page of the customer's address (same address as indicated on the form or portal), Local government levy.
Duly Filled CTR, Financial Questionnaire, Address Verification Form; Bank Statement not more than 6-months (if Premium is more than N5 million).
Evidence of Loan Agreement.
