Age Limit:18 - 60 years
Duration: Minimum - 5 years / Maximum - 24 years
Contribution Frequency: Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly & Single.
Benefits: A bulk amount paid to the beneficiaries in the event of loss of life.
Waiting period (Period that must elapse before a claim can be made except in accidental cases): 3 months
Surrender Value: Can be surrendered after 2 years.

Document Requirements

Duly Filled Proposal Form.
Evidence of Payment.
Valid means of ID - Driver license, Voter's card, NIMC, National ID, International Passport.
Proof of Residence - Utility Bill, Front page of the customer's address (same address as indicated on the form or portal), Local government levy.
Duly Filled CTR, Financial Questionnaire, Address Verification Form; Bank Statement not more than 6-months (if Premium is more than N5 million).
